How to turn notes into an email on a Mac
Dump the points
Write the email the fast way: fragments, no greeting, no sign-off. Just the things that have to be in it.
Select them, press your shortcut
Press 5 for Write as Email. Echo builds the greeting, the structure and the closing around the points you gave it.
Read it, tweak it, send it
The draft is editable, and you can refine it — more formal, shorter, warmer — until it sounds right. Then it replaces your notes.
The emails you keep putting off
The hard part of an email is rarely the information — it is the wrapping around it. Echo writes the wrapping, from the notes you already have.
