Refund Policy

We want you to buy Echo after it has proven itself — that is what the free trial is for. If a purchase still goes wrong, here is how refunds work.

The 14-day guarantee

If you are within 14 days of your first subscription payment and Echo is not working out, tell us and we will refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.

Renewals

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? If you contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and have not materially used the service in the new period, we will refund the renewal.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from your account email address (or include it), and say which charge you mean. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so the refund is issued through them to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Nothing here limits rights you have by law — including, for EU and UK consumers, statutory withdrawal and consumer-protection rights.
